1. Which purchases qualify?
All purchases across Travis Perkins, Benchmarx and Hire, in branch online and on the app. Orders must be placed and delivered during the promotional period between 13th January 2025 and 31st December 2025. Purchases made outside of these dates will not be eligible.
2. What does the Travis Perks Builder give me access to?
Our account gives you access to a variety of rewards that you can redeem for accrued points.
3. My activation link isn’t working, what can I do?

4. My details don't match when I try and register, what do I do?
Please double check what you have entered and contact Travis Perkins Customer Services: 0330 123 3846 or email them at customerservice@travisperkins.co.uk.

5. How many points will I be allocated?
Points will be issued per eligible transaction based on the level of spend. For example, for every £100 spend you will receive 3 points. Each point is worth £1 which can be used to redeem gifts or experiences within the shop.
Points will be rounded to the nearest whole number where applicable.
Please note, points will only be awarded once you've registered for the scheme. You will not receive points on your account from any previous invoiced transactions which were made before the registration date.
6. My account is locked what do I do?
Your account will be locked for 30 minutes after this time it will auto unlock. If you are still experiencing issues after this time, please contact MLP. Office opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
7. I cannot remember my password, what can I do?

8. When do I get entered into the prize draws?
Once 15, 75 and 300 points have been reached the participant will be automatically entered into a prize draw. Each prize draw will be subject to its own terms and conditions which will be outlined to the Participant at entry. You can opt out of these prize draws at any time.

9. Can I withdraw from the prize draw?
Yes, your email will contain and opt out link. If you cannot locate your email and wish to opt out, please contact MLP. Office opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
10. How long do I have to use my points?
You have until 27th February 2026 to use your points. After this time your points will become null, and void and you will not be able to use or access them.
11. How and when do I get my reward?
Once you have chosen a reward and it’s been checked out, you can expect to receive it within 28 days of the checkout, and it will be sent via the method outlined on screen.
12. If I choose an online reward how long is it valid for?
This information is dependant on the reward you have chosen. Full details on how long you have to use your reward with each supplier will be detailed alongside your e-code.
13. I have a question about my Travis Perkins account/purchase who do I need to speak to?

14. I’ve had points removed and don’t think this is correct. What can I do?

15. I want to check the status of my reward how do I do this?
Gift tracker www.travisperksbuilder.co.uk navigate to the ‘My Account’ section of the site and you will be able to see the status of each reward you have selected under the ‘My Rewards’ header.
16. I've chosen the wrong reward; can I change it?
Once you have checked out your chosen reward you cannot change it. However, if you change your mind and wish to select a different reward before checkout, you can do this by editing your basket.
