1. By completing the registration form, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained below. We reserve the right to (i) refuse participation; and/or (ii) or refuse to award the rewards to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  2. Travis Perkins Perk Builder 2025 commences on 13th January 2025 to 31st December 2026. (“Promotional Period”).
  3. The scheme is only open to those existing Travis Perkins Credit Account and Trade Cash Account holders who are invited by Travis Perkins to register for the rewards scheme (“Participants”). This scheme excludes all other Trade Credit Account or Trade Cash Card holders of subsidiary companies of Travis Perkins plc and all Travis Perkins plc current and previous employees or public sector and housing association employees.
  4. The scheme is not open to any employees or agents of any agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents or any other person officially connected with the scheme.
  5. In order to participate in the scheme, participants must first activate their registration by completing the online registration form at www.travisperkbuilder.co.uk/2025(Link opens in a new tab), before 31st December 2026. No third party or joint registrations will be accepted.
  6. All Participants in the rewards scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 or over.
  7. All participants in the rewards scheme must make their purchases between 13 January 2025 and 31st December 2026. Purchases made outside of these dates will not be eligible.
  8. Points will be issued per eligible transaction based on the level of spend. For example, for every £100 spend you will receive 3 points. Each point is worth £1 which can be used to redeem gifts or experiences within the shop.
  9. Eligible transactions include any purchases made at Travis Perkins, Hire and Benchmarx, excluding any direct to site or direct from supplier orders.
  10. Points will only be awarded once the participant has registered for the scheme. Points will not be added to the account from any previous invoiced transactions which were made before the registration date.
  11. Points will be rounded to the nearest whole number where applicable.
  12. Points balances will be displayed once logged into www.travisperkbuilder.co.uk(Link opens in a new tab).
  13. Points can be exchanged for rewards via www.travisperkbuilder.co.uk(Link opens in a new tab).
  14. If you have chosen an online reward and it’s been checked out, you can expect to receive it within 14 working days of the checkout, and it will be sent via the method outlined on screen.
  15. If you have chosen an offlien reward and it's been checked out, you can expect to recieve it within 28 days of the checkout, and it will be sent via the method outlined on screen.
  16. Once rewards have been checked out from the shop, they are considered redeemed and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another user.
  17. Shop imagery is for illustration purposes only. If an item becomes unavailable, MLP will supply an item at an equal or better value.
  18. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
  19. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the promotion. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between these terms and conditions and any prior or contemporaneous rebate agreement currently in place between you and Travis Perkins Trading Company Limited, these terms and conditions shall govern, override and supersede such rebate agreement in its entirety.
  20. Orders through Travis Perkins that are cancelled and/or returned are exempt from this promotion and will not be eligible. Any credits received will be deducted from the points total.
  21. Only completed Travis Perkins orders which have been paid for in full before the end of the Promotional Period will count towards the sales target and be converted into points. All targets are excluding VAT.
  22. Any points cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.
  23. Points accrued between 13th January 2025 and 31st December 2026 must be redeemed by 26th February 2027. Any points remaining after this date will become null and void.

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, points earned by a company holding a Trade Credit Account or Trade Cash Account shall be for the benefit of the company and not individuals. Where the Promoter deems it appropriate, it may request written confirmation from a company director of their approval for such individuals to redeem points on the company’s behalf.
  2. This rewards scheme may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  3. This offer is non-transferable.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this rewards scheme and/or these terms and conditions in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
  5. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Promoter, by participating in the rewards scheme, participants release the Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the rewards scheme and/or the use of any reward items.
  6. Participants in the rewards scheme agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Promoter and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Participant of any of these terms and conditions or any violation by Participant of applicable law.
  7. By participating in the rewards scheme, participants are deemed to give their consent to appear in publicity material or other events relating to the rewards scheme. Participants may be asked to participate in future publicity or PR activities, which may involve taking photographs.
  8. Personal data supplied during the course of this rewards scheme will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy, which you can find on our website.
  9. Participants data will be deleted after 6 months if they do not engage with their Perk Builder account.
